- For Cake:
320 Grams – Parle- G / 4 Biscuit Packets of Rs 5 each
3 Tbsp – Hershey’s unsweetened cocoa Powder/Any unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup powdered Sugar
1/4 cup – Refined oil/ Rice Bran oil
1 tsp – Baking Powder
1/2 tsp – Baking Soda
1 Cups Milk – Add Gradually…Check Consistency
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Few Chopped Walnuts - For Glaze:
1/2 cup Morde/ 2M/ Any Dark chocolate compound
sprinkles and crushed walnuts
Directions
- Crush parle G biscuits to fine powder in a grinder.
- Take a bowl and add cocoa powder, biscuit powder, baking powder, baking soda, sugar in a bowl.
- Add Refined oil to it
keep on whisking add milk to it to form a smooth consistency - Add crushed walnuts and lemon juice to it
- Baking – Preheat oven at 180 degree Celsius
Grease tin, transfer to mould and bake at 180 degree Celsius - Cake Glaze: When cake is ready add melted chocolate over it with walnuts crush and sprinkles ( Optional )
