In this post I am going to share astounding and delectable recipe of eggless, Without Maida Dry Cake which I am sure would be a treat for your taste buds.

Having only required very few ingredients it is super quick and easy to make at the comfort of your home. Glaze of ganache on cake give it a magnificent look and also satisfy the hunger of chocolate for your kids.

My children just love this cake so much…..!!!! and are ready to skip their meal or two to have a slice of this cake.This is my favourite cake that I bake without any regrets.

So guys, whenever you are yearning to have something delicious to eat sweet as a Dessert, you can prepare this cake for the entire family and that too very quickly and with less time and effort without using many ingredients.

  • For Cake:

    320 Grams – Parle- G / 4 Biscuit Packets of Rs 5 each
    3 Tbsp – Hershey’s unsweetened cocoa Powder/Any unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/2 cup powdered Sugar
    1/4 cup – Refined oil/ Rice Bran oil
    1 tsp – Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp – Baking Soda
    1 Cups Milk – Add Gradually…Check Consistency
    1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
    Few Chopped Walnuts
  • For Glaze:

    1/2 cup Morde/ 2M/ Any Dark chocolate compound
    sprinkles and crushed walnuts


  • Crush parle G biscuits to fine powder in a grinder.
  • Take a bowl and add cocoa powder, biscuit powder, baking powder, baking soda, sugar in a bowl.
  • Add Refined oil to it
    keep on whisking add milk to it to form a smooth consistency
  • Add crushed walnuts and lemon juice to it
  • Baking – Preheat oven at 180 degree Celsius
    Grease tin, transfer to mould and bake at 180 degree Celsius
  • Cake Glaze: When cake is ready add melted chocolate over it with walnuts crush and sprinkles ( Optional )
