or two on your kids face.

Caramel syrup recipe that can be used to add huge amounts of flavor to cake icing& dripping, Puddings, Banoffeepie, chocolate filling, granola bars, pan cakes, beverages and of course our beloved Ice Creams.

It is a very easy way to make caramel sauce in 10 min. Also it is cost effective. In market costs ranges from Rs150-Rs200, but at home it will cost you approximately Rs80

Quick and easy is the phrase of the day. Allow me to use it in a sentence for you while I am prepare this quick syrup for you all.

Caramel syrup recipe that can be used to add huge amounts of flavor to cake icing& dripping, Puddings, Banoffeepie, chocolate filling, granola bars, pan cakes, beverages and of course our beloved Ice Creams.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar

  • 1/4 Cup Water

  • 3/4 Cup heavy cream/Fresh cream (Amul Cream)

  • 2 Tbsp salted butter (option

Directions

  • Take a heavy pan
    Add Sugar & Water, don’t use spatula or stir the sugar syrup, other some sugar crystal will heat up fast and will burn.
  • Heat on Medium flame, and tilt the pan time to time for even cooking, avoid stirring
  • After sometime you will see color changing to Amber, with a beautiful aroma of caramel. Stir it with a wooden spatula
  • You can add butter at this point, It is completely optional
    Switch off the flame
  • Add cream, it will bubble up, mix it quickly.
    Switch ON the flame, and cook for another 2 minutes
  • Keep the running frequency of the sauce, it will become thick as it cools.
    Once its cool down, transfer in airtight Jar and store it
