Ingredients
1 Packet Nachos
1 Finely chopped Onion
1 Finely chopped Tomato
1 Finely chopped cucumber
3 Tbsps. Grated Cheese
3 Tbsps. Grated Beetroot
Lemon Juice, Black salt & white salt as per your taste
Directions
- In a mixing bowl – add onion, tomato, cucumber, cheese, beetroot, lemon juice, black salt and white salt as per your choice.
- For Plating – Add Nachos in a plate. In the middle add salad and garnish with cheese
Very nice…looking very yummy evening snack option.
