Ingredients
200 Grams Dark Chocolate Compound
Directions
- Melt chocolate in microwave for 30 seconds. stir and melt again for 30 seconds
- Tempering should be well to form a smooth texture
- Transfer chocolate in piping bag
Cut a little of a end of cone - Place small drops on a plate wrapped with cling wrap
- place the plates in refrigerator for half n hour
Unmould it and keep in airtight containers
