Here’s a real quick and easy recipe to bake a delicious cheesy pizza, bursting with fresh vegetables and herbs, with fresh dough made at home only !
Key Ingredients: Maida, salt, mixed Italian herbs, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, oil, milk, Onion, Capsicum, Corn, Tomato, Pizza pasta sauce, Mozzarella cheese, Cheese spread

Domino’s Style Homemade Cheese Burst Pizza

Ingredients
Pizza White Sauce
3/4 cups Mozzarella
1/2 cup Milk
1 tsp HerbsPizza Dough
2 cups Refined Flour
2 Tbsp. Refined oil
1 Tsp Dry Yeast
1/4 cup Milk
1 Tsp sugar
1/2 cup waterAssembling Pizza
Pizza Sauce
Butter (optional )
Grated Mozzarella
Herbs
Toppings – Onion, Capsicum, Tomato, cheese, corns Olive, Mushrooms ( Optional )
Directions
- For Cheese Burst Sauce
Boil 1/2 cup Milk, once boiled turn the flame OFF and add 3/4 cups Mozzarella. Stir it well and give it a boil once again. Add herbs and put the sauce aside for cooling down. - For Pizza Dough
Warm 1/4 cup Milk and add 1 Tsp Active dry yeast. cover with lid and keep it aside for 5-10 minutes to activate - Now in a mixing bowl – Add 2 cups flour, 1 tsp sugar , active yeast milk, water and make a dough. Now sprinkle some Refined oil, tuck the dough . Shrink wrap it and keep aside for 2 hours.
- Pizza – After 2 hours the dough rises to double. Punch it to release air. Make 4 balls. Then make 2 chapatis, prick with form and put on hot tawa. Flip it , cook other side and keep them aside.
- Assembling Pizza – Now make a big chapati, add cheese burst sauce. Add cooked chapati over it. Apply butter, Pizza Sauce and the toppings above it. Add herbs and spices.
- Preheat and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
